Example of inserting a file into mail

To insert a file into a mail message:

   here is my first go at that README 
   file that I agreed
   to draft
   ~r project/README
   "project/README" 136/4637

This copies the file README in the subdirectory project into the mail message at this point.

The message

   filename: No such file or directory

is displayed if the file is not found.
